DIXON v. BARNHART, 03-1743

Substantial evidence supported the finding that plaintiff's mental impairments were not severe from a vocational standpoint. Because plaintiff did not argue to the district court that the decision with regard to his physical impairment was in error, he has waived that issue on appeal.
