Jury verdict in favor of defendant on negligence claim is affirmed. District court did not abuse its discretion in controlling cross examination of plaintiffs, did not err in excluding witness not listed on witness list, and grant of summary judgment on failure to warn claim was precluded by jury's decision on other claim.
