United States Eighth Circuit

SELLERS v. MINETA, 02-1423

Defendant's appeal of final judgment of award in sexual harassment case is modified and reduced to preclude double damages. Final judgment is also affirmed as the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying defendant's post-trial motion to order the FAA to produce plaintiff's work records.
