United States Eighth Circuit
HILL v. MORRISON, 02-2128
District court's denial of prisoner's habeas claim is affirmed. Filing a section 2255 petition in the district of conviction was an adequate and effective remedy, and the district court in the district of incarceration did not err in dismissing section 2241 petition for lack of jurisdiction.
