United States Eighth Circuit

HILL v. SCOTT, 02-3220

Summary judgment to defendants is affirmed where defendant was entitled to qualified immunity, no reasonable officer would have known that failing to investigate further would violate the Fourth Amendment, and refusing to release defendant after it was determined there was no warrant for his arrest did not result in a constitutional violation.
