United States Eighth Circuit
COLEMAN v. PARKMAN, 03-1611
The district court is affirmed where it did not err in denying defendant's motion for summary judgment based on qualified immunity, as the evidence supports an inference that defendants knew plaintiff's decedent presented a suicide risk and that their actions in placing him in an unsupervised drunk tank were unreasonable.
