WEBER v. BARNHARDT, 03-1847

Summary judgment to the Commissioner of Social Security Administration on plaintiff's application for supplemental security income is affirmed where the ALJ's finding that claimant retained the residual functional capacity to perform light work and could return to her past relevant work was supported by substantial evidence.
