TUGGLE v. MANGAN, 02-3137

In a case brought by a female employee, the district court's denial of summary judgment to defendant is reversed where defendant supervisor's conduct was not so severe or pervasive as to alter the terms and conditions of plaintiff's employment, and plaintiff had not presented a submissible hostile work environment sexual harassment claim.
