United States Eighth Circuit

US v. GILLON, 02-2643

District court is affirmed where defendant's challenges to indictment on the ground it failed to allege drug quantity and factual basis for enhancement are rejected, the court did not err in denying a motion to suppress drugs found in defendant's vehicle, and defendant's claim of ineffective assistance of counsel would not be reviewed as the record was not developed.
