In appeals from convictions arising from a drug-related conspiracy, 1)district court's finding that a wiretap was necessary was not clearly erroneous, 2) evidence supported continuing criminal enterprise conviction, and 3) court did not err in refusing to give an instruction on defendant's theory that he withdrew from the conspiracy.
