United States Eighth Circuit

FRISON v. ZEBRO, 02-2226

Police officers were entitled to summary judgment on claims that a search and arrest violated plaintiff's Fourth Amendment rights, as they were executing a valid search warrant and arrest was based on probable cause; officers' violation of 18 U.S.C. section 912, impersonating federal census workers, did not give rise to a section 1983 claim.
