In appeal from plaintiff's claim that a search and seizure at an airport was unreasonable, 1) Bivens evidentiary rulings were not in error, 2) evidence support verdict for federal agents, 3) court did not abuse its discretion in permitting certain security precautions, and 4) Marshals' activity in the case was not conspicuous.
