REEDY v. QUEBECOR PRINTING EAGLE, INC., 02-3637

Plaintiff's evidence of incidents of racial harassment made out a submissible claim based on hostile work environment, and the district court erred in granting employer's motion for summary judgment. Summary judgment on plaintiff's constructive discharge claim was not error.
