FIKE CORP. v. GREAT LAKES CHEM. CORP., 02-3327

District court did not err in finding plaintiff breached its contract with defendant when it purchased fire suppression chemicals from defendant's competitor. Plaintiff failed to use its best efforts to promote defendant's product and to purchase all of its requirements from defendant, as required by contract.
