United States Eighth Circuit

KREIN v. DBA CORP., 02-1921

Plaintiffs' claims for injuries from a defective conveyor belt system did not support an ordinary negligence action as the acts involved special skills not possessed by lay persons. Claims were subject to North Dakota's two-year statute of limitations for allegations of professional negligence, and injuries did not toll the statute.
