United States Eighth Circuit

BORRERO v. ALJETS, 02-1506

Detention of inadmissible aliens does not raise the same constitutional concerns as does detention of admitted aliens, and a proper narrowing construction of 8 U.S.C. section 1231(a)(6) does not limit the government's statutory authority to detain admissible aliens.
