SOSNA v. BINNINGTON, 02-2238

In a medical malpractice action for medical malpractice, scope of cross-examination of defendant's expert was properly limited as questions went to expert's personal practices and not to appropriate standard of care. Admission of internist's testimony was proper as research and practice qualified him to testify.
