United States Eighth Circuit

US v. YOCKEL, 02-3226

The element of intimidation in bank robbery is determined by an objective standard, and district court did not err in excluding evidence on intent. Evidence established that defendant's conduct constituted intimidation, and evidence of defendant's history of mental illness was properly excluded.
