GILMORE v. AT&T, 02-1057

Plaintiff failed to make a prima facie case of racial discrimination in termination, and even if she had, employer articulated a legitimate, non-discriminatory basis for termination which plaintiff failed to show was a pretext. Plaintiff failed to show she was a qualified individual under the ADA.
