United States Eighth Circuit
FOX SPORTS NET NORTH, LLC v. MINNESOTA TWINS P'SHIP, 02-3043/3098
An agreement governing telecast rights to a professional baseball team's games was unambiguous under Minnesota law, and by extending the lease, the team triggered plaintiff's option right to televise games for two seasons. District court did not err in finding the team was entitled to bonus payments for each season.
