Under Iowa law, it was not error to submit both a breach of contract claim and a fraud claim to the jury. Evidence supported plaintiff's verdict as defendant's fraudulent nondisclosure of a secret deal induced plaintiff to ship certain samples, and lost profits were recoverable under Iowa law.
