United States Eighth Circuit
TAYLOR CORP. v. FOUR SEASONS GREETINGS, LLC, 01-3906
A grant of preliminary injunction to a greeting card company over card designs is affirmed, as holder of certificates of registration on greeting cards is prima facie evidence of validity of copyright, and the district court did not err in rejecting the doctrine of "scenes a faire" and using the "total concept and feel" analysis.
