United States Eighth Circuit
TURN KEY GAMING, INC. v. OGLALA SIOUX TRIBE, 01-2957
A management fee which plaintiff would have earned had it not breached a construction contract was speculative, and district court did not err in refusing to reduce recovery by the amount of the fee. District court's findings with respect to construction costs, and irrevocable costs under the parties' management agreement, were not erroneous.
