United States Eighth Circuit

US v. WASHAM, 02-1681

The definition of a controlled substance analogue in the Analogue Statute, 21 U.S.C. Sec. 802(32), is not vague as applied to defendant because a person of ordinary intelligence would have reasonably known that selling 1,4-Butanediol for human consumption violated the statute.
