In light of Nat'l R.R. Passenger Corp. v. Morgan, 122 S.Ct. 2061 (2002), summary judgment against plaintiff was erroneous on claims of sexual harassment, where questions of material fact exist as to timeliness and nature of her complaint. Title VII sexual harassment claim reversed for further proceedings.
