HILL v. MCKINLEY, 01-2574

Although prison guard's strapping plaintiff spread-eagle to a restraining board for three and one-half hours while she was naked was a violation of her constitutional right to privacy, guards were entitled to qualified immunity as her right to be free from such an invasion was not clearly established.
