United States Eighth Circuit

LINDSEY v. US, 01-3940

Claim that counsel was ineffective at sentencing, in failing to object to drug quantity assigned in a pre-sentence report, is rejected, as even if counsel had objected, the government met its burden of proof with respect to the amount of drugs involved and the record supported the district court's quantity calculation.
