BOOKER v. CITY OF ST. LOUIS, 02-1114

When employee of the sub-contractor performing drug testing of jail employees monitored plaintiff during a urinalysis collection, the manner of the collection was not so intrusive as to constitute an unreasonable search, and the fact that the employee was a female did not violate the plaintiff's right of privacy.
