WILLIAMS v. REGENCY FIN. CORP., 02-1181

For purposes of U.C.C. Article 9, transaction by which defendant permanently transferred auto title to its related retailer was a disposition, and case must be remanded to determine whether subsequent sale of the vehicle was commercially reasonable.
