SEINER v. DRENON, 02-1800
A police officer's mistaken belief that plaintiff's decedent had shot him was objectively reasonable, and it was objectively reasonable for him to shoot decedent, thus the officer was entitled to qualified immunity on a claim he violated decedent's civil rights.
