LAWRENCE v. BOWERSOX, 01-1813

Evidence supported an award of damages for use of pepper spray on inmates, and a corrections officer was not entitled to qualified immunity on a claim he orchestrated the action. Discovery sanctions were proper where defendants failed to comply with FRCP 26(a)(1).
