In appeals from a capital murder conviction and sentence, 1) performance of counsel at trial and penalty hearing did not deprive defendant of a fair trial, 2) refusal to instruct on involuntary manslaughter, and use of shackles during penalty phase, did not violate due process rights to a fair trial, and 3) Brady claim is meritless.
