United States Eighth Circuit

MORAN v. CLARKE, 00-1015

In claims that police officials conspired to manufacture evidence and violate an officers's due process rights, judgment for defendants as a matter of law was improper where evidence established an intentional "set up" for arbitrary reasons; court's possible recusal must be re-examined, based on personal contacts with defendants.
