United States Eighth Circuit

MOTLEY v. US, 01-2353

A Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) suit was time-barred where plaintiffs failed to assert an administrative claim within two years of its accrual; failure to learn that a care-provider is covered by the FTCA was a mistake of law which did not justify equitable tolling.
