Dismissal of 42 U.S.C. section 1983 claims against a school district, for actions of a school volunteer who abused a minor outside of school, was proper where the volunteer was not a state actor and no pattern of unconstitutional misconduct or toleration by the district was proven; volunteer's crimes were not attributed to a lack of proper training.
