United States Eighth Circuit

SIANIS v. JENSEN, 01-2898

The probate exception to diversity jurisdiction divested the district court of jurisdiction over allegations concerning a will, but the court did have jurisdiction over a challenge to the validity of a trust, and claims related to that trust were not precluded by state court probate of the will.
