United States Eighth Circuit

KUBITZ v. DOHRN TRANSFER CO., 01-2936

While there was evidence supporting plaintiff's claim that she was permanently injured while unloading a truck due to defendant's negligence, there was also sufficient evidence that the injury was temporary or a preexisting injury, warranting that the court not disturb the jury's verdict for defendant.
