ROBINSON v. HAGER, 01-2388, 01-3388

A jury verdict, finding that a prisoner's Eighth Amendment rights were violated through denial of medication for hypertension and a subsequent stroke, is reversed where no evidence showed that the lack of medication caused the stroke.
