KING v. BOWERSOX, 01-2149

In the absence of any evidence that the jury saw a courthouse hallway display regarding murder victims, defendant could not show that state court's ruling, that his rights were not violated when the trial court refused to grant a mistrial or conduct an inquiry, was erroneous.
