HUBBELING v. US, 01-1174

Counsel's failure to comply with Rule 412 of the Federal Rules of Evidence in introducing evidence of sexual abuse victim's sexual history was not constitutionally ineffective where evidence would not have affected the verdict, and no prejudice resulted.
