Motion for a change of venue based on claim of under-representation of a minority group in district was properly denied, where defendant failed to show evidence of juror impartiality or purposeful discrimination in jury selection; officers' request for identification was not a Fourth Amendment seizure, and defendant failed to show that a prior conviction used in imposing mandatory life term was the result of ineffective assistance of counsel.
