MEEKS v. RED RIVER ENTM'T OF SHREVEPORT, 01-1607

Casino could not show that it extended credit to debtor in a commercially reasonable manner, considering debtor's assets, liabilities, and income, and failed to establish its good faith under 11 U.S.C. section 548(c) in receiving transfers of money from debtor; thus, trustee was entitled to recover money debtor transferred to casino to pay gambling debts within the one year period preceding bankruptcy.
