Although the defendant foreclosed upon the plaintiff's property, without testimony that the plaintiff was targeted for outrageous conduct, that outrageous conduct took place, or even that the defendant was the sole cause of the plaintiff's distress, the plaintiff could not recover on claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress.
