CEDAR RAPIDS CELLULAR TELEPHONE, L.P. v. WWC LICENSE, LLC, 00-3727, 00-3728

In action by cell phone service providers to enjoin the Iowa Attorney General from enforcing state consumer protection statutes against them, the district court erred in finding it did not have jurisdiction over providers' preemption claims, as the providers sought injunctive relief on their claims.
