While a bankruptcy court order could enable debtor to avoid a judgment lien to the extent that it impaired debtor's $1.00 exemption in a parcel of nonresidential real estate, the debtor's $1.00 exemption effectively exempts a partial interest in the subject real estate equal to $1.00 in value and nothing more.
