BARRERA v. CON AGRA, INC., 00-1493

Under Iowa law, an employer does not falsely arrest or imprison an employee simply by asking for police assistance or initiation of an investigation into employee's conduct, and termination following employee's filing of worker's compensation claim does not prove causation.
