Batagiannis v. W. Lafayette Cmty. Sch. Corp., 05-2862

Summary judgment for defendant school board in a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 suit by a former superintendent alleging violation of the due process clause is affirmed where plaintiff received the hearing specified in her contract, and the board, as a policy-making body, was entitled to act on their views on how the schools should be run.
