United States Seventh Circuit
US v. Kraemer, 18-2454
Affirmed. The district court's application of a mandatory minimum sentence in the case of a man convicted of possession of child pornography was proper because the enhancement statute required only that a prior conviction relate to rather than be fully equivalent to sexual abuse or abusive sexual conduct involving a minor.
