United States Seventh Circuit

Carello v. Aurora Policeman Credit Union, 18-2887

District court’s dismissal for lack of standing in Americans with Disabilities Act claim affirmed, where Plaintiff, who is blind, is legally barred from being a member of Defendant credit union. While being an ADA compliance “tester” does not prohibit standing, it does not automatically confer it, either.
