Affirmed. A franchise's preliminary injunction against a franchisee operating a competing company was upheld in a lawsuit over the franchisee's alleged violation of franchise agreements. The district court should have included more detail regarding the likelihood of success on the merits by the movant, but there was enough to establish that the order wasn't an abuse of discretion.
